In individual consultations and with practical exercises, we work on the topics which are of importance to you. I accompany you while we take a look at your current life situation and define your wishes and goals. We activate your inner resources, work out strategies and set concrete and realizable steps of actions towards your goal. I also give you tools on how to better deal with challenges in everyday life suitable for your specific goal, personality and comfort level. My aim is to help you create a more beautiful and easier life.

My rates are € 75,- for a 50 minute-session. The costs for a 5-sessions-series are €325,-. If money is an issue, I offer a limited amount of spots for people in financial distress.
